I GOT MY CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENSE!!!!!

Woohooooo!!!!

Boy, I'm so happy the moment my driving test ended and my tester handed me back
the test form with a tick on the "passed" box.
Overjoyed would be an understatement.
This is one of the happiest moments in my life.
And to top it all, I didnt need to pay a single cent for it coz the gahmen paid for us.
(I only needed to pay 50 bucks for the driving license card)
Woooohooooo! =)

And yeah I drove my dad's car just now in the morning!
My dad drove to changi ferry terminal coz he wanted to go cycling with his friends somewhere
in an island in Malaysia.
So I got to drive the car all the way from changi to jurong east.
Oh yeah my dad's car is a Honda Civic 2.0 l manual.
Obviously using a different and a much powerful car took some getting used to.
But I managed to sort it out and I was cruising on the expressway after that.
And shhhh(dont tell anyone) I hit 110kmh on the e'way!
My mom keep telling me to slow down all the way home.
Haha poor mom, she must be relieved we got home in one piece.

But now that i have my license, I'll be like the family chaffeur.
My mom says I will be the one instead that will send my younger sister to school and madrasah on weekends and send the maid and sisters to the market.
sigh...
But its ok.
I love driving!
I'll hit the roads blazing.
But of course I wont compromise safety.
heh.

I'm taking my driving practical test on Wednesday!

My driving is alright I think as the instructor never criticize me except
whenever i speed. (High speed is like drugs! It makes you high)
And i think watching movies is seriously influencing the way I drive.
I watched the entire movie series of The Fast And Furious this week.

The aftermath???
I shift gears like I'm racing with other road users.
And whenever I'm at the junction waiting for the traffic light to turn green,
I'll be revving the engine and itching to just go the moment the light signal changes.
And I'll be accelerating like nuts.
Because of all that my instructor shakes his head and always tell me to slow down.
hahahaha
Lets Hope I pass on the first try of the test.
I cant wait to hit the tarmac and start driving my dad's car.
And yeah I'm already a speedoholic. hehe

Yesterday I ate a whole lot of seafood!!!
Cockles, Grilled stingray and chili crabs!!!
Oh yeah it was at Newton Circus Food centre.
Sumptous to the max!!!

18 August>>> My 2 months anniversary with my Dearest
To say I'm utterly overjoyed would still be an understatement. =)

Mesmerised. Bedazzled and caught breathless.
I want you with me always. =)

A day spent idle at home never felt soo good.
But alas all good things must come to an end.
I have to go back camp tonight.
But before that, another 200 mins of driving at Comfort Driving Centre at Ubi.
Hopefully I'll get to revv and burn tyres again tonight. (LOL in my dreams!!)

My whole life swirls,
whenever you're here =)

baaaaaaaahh!
I'm down sick again.
I certainly hate it when i'm in this shittiness.
However, yesterday's magical day certainly more than make up my weekend.
In fact it was one of the most magical day of my life =)

Well it started with a beautiful cable car ride with my dearest and ended with the spectacular sight of fireworks. =)

Ok my head is too woozy now.
I shant elaborate further.
Adios.

If its magical, spectacular and breathtaking,

How fast can a fever hit you???
Well the answer is, pretty fast.

It all started on Monday evening.
My sore throat got from bad to worse.
And luckily i got through my driving lesson on monday night unscathed.
My head was feeling heavy already midway through the second session of driving that night.
And I was half-hoping that he would take over for the drive back to the driving centre.
But no, it was not to be, I had to drive back.
But lucky me, he told me to take the flyover that would cut many many congested roads and lead me straight to the driving centre.
I was so eager to get back to the driving centre that i drove to almost 80 km/h. (I'm on an L-plate and i'm doing 80 k!!!wth! haha)
Of course the instructor told me to slow down. Duh!
By the time I got my ass out of the car, my head was throbbing and I was feeling dazed.
I got to the nearest bench, plonked mysefl there, closed my eyes and started meditating.
I knew I was going to fall sick by then.
The throbbing in my head got from bad to worse.
Even when I was already in the bus going back to camp, I slept my way through even when
my friends beside me were singing loudly (only God knows what got into them).
When we reached the main gate of HTA, there was only one thing on my mind.
Get to bed!
And yeah the moment i got into my bunk, I threw myself on bed, threw my boots on the floor and dozed for a little while.
Thats when my dearest called me, I cant remember what i said but i knew i got up after that phonecall to change into my pyjamas, drank water and went back to sleep.
It was the most uncomfortable night ever spent in camp.
I got up countless times, coughing and my body felt so hot.
The next morning I felt like a zombie.
I didnt join my squad for breakfast and such.
I woke up much later and took a bloody long shower.
My body still felt hot but after the long cold shower, I felt a bit better.
I changed and went to breakfast after that.
And right after breakfast I went to the Medical Office (M.O. as we call it)
And yeaps the doctor confirmed that i got fever and gave me home leave. (there is also barrack leave or just light duty. Only for home leave, we get to go home.)
And I only went home after seeing my officer in charge.
I reached home around 1015 am. And I slept all the way till 4 pm!
And I was almost cured when my dearest came down at my void deck to see me.
Thank you dear, It meant alot to me. =)

Now I'm at home rotting while my family is at johor.
(I didnt want to go)
Today is National Day???
Hmmm it certainly doesnt feel like it.
But wth.
Who cares hahaha.

I wanted to blog yesterday but i was too darn tired to do so.
How was my week?
Well it was great. =)
Driving is onehelllotoffunreally !
yeah i cant describe it in words, but i really love driving.

My week in camp was quite tiring this week. (woah this is something new in an npco course haha)
We had this Work-Improvement-Teams or WITS as they call it but i would rather call it,
Wasting Important Time.
And yeah it really was so.
We had to endure 3 days of that course.
It was mental torture man, sitting through the courses.

Imagine after all that, we have driving practicals at night.
Driving is indeed fun but for us new learners,
it takes a lot of effort and concentration on our part.
And that would explain why most of us were zonked out
by the end of the driving lessons which ended at 1030 pm.

Well lessons are going smoothly for me, or so it seems.
Cant wait to get my license!

Yesterday was a great day!
